Delete Your Data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and you do not need an account or a login to make the request. This page explains what gets deleted, what we have to keep, and how long it takes.

What Gets Deleted

Purchases are recorded by Apple and Google, not only by us. Deleting your data here does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in the store that bills you, as described on our Support page.

Method 1: In the Game

Where a Buena Games title offers an in-game account, you can delete it without contacting us:

  1. Open the game and go to Settings
  2. Choose Account
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Buena Games has no published titles yet, so today every request comes through the email route below. When a game with accounts ships, in-game deletion is available from day one.

Method 2: By Email

Email privacy@buenalabs.io with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or use the form below to compose it. Include the email address or player ID your data is tied to, and the game if you know it.

  • We acknowledge every request within 72 hours
  • Deletion completes within 30 days of us verifying the request
  • You get a confirmation email when it is done

Legal Basis

Your right to deletion is protected under:

  • GDPR Article 17 — right to erasure
  • CCPA §1798.105 — right to deletion of personal information
  • App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) — apps with accounts must offer account deletion
  • Google Play Data safety — apps with accounts must offer a web route to request deletion
